Eksplorasi, Identifikasi, dan Bioesai Jamur Entomopatogen terhadap Spodoptera frugiperda dari Kabupaten Purbalingga

The goals of this study were to explore and identify entomopathogenic fungi, as well determine the most effective application techniques control S. frugiperda from exploration infected Spodoptera larvae in Purbalingga Regency. research was carried out at Plant Protection Laboratory, Faculty Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, January May 2022. Samples collected by purposive random method. used a Complete Randomized Design, consisting two factors, namely type fungus technique, with 9 combinations 3 replications. Observed variables include mortality, feeding activity, growth, reproduction larvae. results showed that (1) fungi genus Metarhizium sp. Penicillium (2) single treatment is more than killing Fungi decreased length three-instar larval period, number eggs, respectively 24.99 15.99%, 4.71 2.46%, 9.18 8.04% against controls. (3) feed soaking method mortality 55.18% other methods. Spraying body 44.84% compared did not affect feeding, growth fecundity activity (4) combined sp., spraying body, had percentage 60%. Interaction lowered power 16%. decrease period three instar pupae largest eggs combination bodies 6.34% 11.20% controls.
